A vacuum-deposited, ceramic-hard decorative and functional coating on stainless steel. Harder than chrome, brighter than plating, and it will not tarnish. Coated in our own Lahore plant.
Conventional gold finishes in Pakistan are either spray lacquer (fails within months) or electroplating (tarnishes and wears through). PVD is a different category entirely. Inside a vacuum chamber at roughly 10⁻³ mbar, we ionise a titanium or zirconium target with plasma. Those ions travel and embed into the surface of your stainless steel, forming titanium nitride (TiN) — the same coating used on aerospace tooling and surgical instruments.
Because the bond is atomic rather than mechanical, the finish cannot flake off. It measures 2,000–2,500 HV on the Vickers scale — roughly ten times harder than electroplated gold — while being only microns thick, so it never blurs a sharp edge or a laser-cut pattern.

Banquet chairs, dining chairs, table bases, sofa legs, bed frames, console structures, bar stools.
Decorative SS sheets, column covers, lift cabin panels, wall cladding, laser-cut jaali screens, skirting and trims.
Door handles, hinges, railings, balustrade fittings, glass clamps, bathroom accessories, signage letters.
Cutlery, serveware, chafing dishes, trolleys, buffet stands and display units for hotels and caterers.
Shop fixtures, mannequin stands, jewellery display racks, showroom shelving and brand feature walls.
Functional TiN/CrN hard coatings for wear resistance on tools, dies, and moving components.

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a vacuum process where a solid metal target — usually titanium or zirconium — is vaporised inside a sealed chamber and deposited atom-by-atom onto your product. Reactive gases create the colour. The result is a ceramic-hard, atomically bonded layer 0.3–5 microns thick.
Yes. Fusion Coatings operates a PVD plant in Lahore and serves clients across Punjab, Sindh, KPK and Islamabad. Send your item to our facility or arrange bulk pickup for contract volumes.
Stainless steel 304 and 316 are ideal. We also coat brass, titanium, chrome-plated steel and certain hardened alloys. Mild steel, aluminium and plastics require pre-treatment or are not suitable — send a sample and we will advise.
Indoors — 10+ years without fading or peeling. Outdoors in Pakistani weather — typically 5–7 years on SS 316 with proper cleaning. PVD does not tarnish like electroplated gold.
For contract coating there is no strict minimum, but rates improve substantially above 100 sq ft or 200 pieces. Sample runs are welcome.
Send a sample, a drawing or a photo on WhatsApp and we will confirm feasibility, finish options and rate the same day. 03000387466 · info@fusioncoatings.pk
